01. What capacity of paper cups you make ?
Answer : We make paper cups for Hot Drink ranging from 100ml to 470ml in plain and printed both works to 3.5 Oz up to 22 Oz

02. Is our PE coating carry any food department certificate ?
Answer : Yes all of our PE coated boards are Food Grade and necessary certification can be provided.

03. Do you make cups for cold drinks ?  Top
Answer : No Presently we do not make Double PE coated Cups. We have Plan to make this by the end of 2009 when we will have 3rd phase of expansion. However many people use cold drink  even one PE coated which we make with 24 GSM inside coating. Cold Drink with one  PE coating can be supplied.

04. How do you check cups for leakage ? Top
Answer : We have various methods to check them such as Air Pressure , tearing resistance, sealing strength , Knurling strength also every mould production by filling them with hot and cold water for more than 24 hours. Over and above to this we have a separate team for Q.C who are great experience checking cups for any possible leakage.

05. Do you supply cup with the Lid ? Top
Answer : Yes we can supply, We just installed fully automatic Lid manufacturing machine. Presently we can supply Lids for 8 oz, 9 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz cups. These Lids can be made from P.P. or HIP plastics.

06. What is your production capacity ? Top
Answer : Presently, in our SEZ factory we are producing about 400,000 cups a day from 27 Production Line and another 300,000 in our domestic factory [In Mumbai and Jaipur ]. The production of our SEZ factory will further increase in September  2009.

07. What all other produce you supply other than Paper cups ?
Answer : We have large production for the Paper Lids which mostly used in Aluminum foil containers. These Lids we make from 250 Gsm to 450 Gsm paper. Beside these Lids we have manufacturing line for the single pc paper wrap Toothpick which can be printed and packed 1000 pc in a paper box.

08. Do you supply four color offset printed cups ? Top
Answer : Yes we do four color offset which generic  print design as well customized as per buyers design  . All our inks are imported from Sweden and they are Food Grade quality and we can assure "no smell."

09. Do you supply in our own brand name ? Top
Answer : Yes we welcome private labeling (OEM) depending on your quantity

10. What is the minimum qty you need if we want the cup is in our print design ? Top
Answer : We need at least 400,000pcs for any print design the cost of the print processing, artwork will be done by the buyer which is only one time, prices vary as per quantity.

11. What is the difference in price in between plain and printed cups?
Answer : Normally the printed paper cup will cost us 1$/1000 as compared to plain, but it also depends on the quantity requirement of the paper cups.

12. Do you make consumer pack of these cups ? Top
Answer : Yes we can supply, the consumer pack which is normally popular in 50, 100pc in printed or PP bags . and also we have bar coding facility on every pack.

13. What is your minimum qty order for export ? Top
Answer : We need minimum 1 to 2 40ft HQ containers that is about 68 CBM per container.

14. What GSM paper you use in different cups ? Top
Answer : The industry standard are as below :
190GSM is used for 100 & 170 ML .
225GSM is used for 200ML.
245GSM to 280 GSM  is used for 250ML.to 300ML
300 GSM to 330 GSM for 350 to 450 ML

15. Do you make the bowls for the noodles? Top
Answer : Yes we make them in paper in different sizes We also manufacture double layered printed bowls outside.

16. Do you offer handle with the cups ? Top
Answer : Yes we do. We have large capacity of handle fixing

17. What does SEZ mean ? Top
Answer: SEZ means A Special Economic Zone or Free Trade Zone which has been developed by The Government of India , to bust export , There is no import duty and no other kind of tax including Income tax for units  situated in an SEZ / FTZ

18. How you can assure what your best price is ? Top
Answer: As we are a SEZ factory and enjoying a lot of incentives from the government all these benefits we pass on to our buyers by way of making our prices most economical. more detail about his you can find in  why we ? section.

19. From which port do we ship? Top
Answer: The most convenient ports for our shipments are Mundra port OR Kandla port our factory is just 5 kms from the port.

20. The offered prices are in FOB or CNF ? Top
Answer: Normally we offer the price FOB to make the price CNF we need accurate detail such as buyer destination port quantity etc, but shipping prices are always fluctuated time to time and hence we prefer that the buyer should given an indication of when he is likely to get shipments.


21. How we know the Ocean Freight to our port ? Top
Answer: We are in process to making a new section where we can display approx Ocean Freight prices from Mundra or Kandla port till then we request the buyers to inform us their destination port to calculate the prices as CNF.

22. We are a wholesaler and we would like to combine a 40ft container with cups, plates, Lids Etc is that possible ? Top
Answer: Yes this is possible provided you buy the standard sizes product without any customization.

23. What is your Delivery time after the order ? Top
Answer: Normal delivery period is 30-45 days but it varies time to time and order to order. Hence, we would like to deal case to case

24. What is your payment terms ? Top
Answer: Our normal payment terms are 30% TT and balance before the shipment we also accept irrecoverable 100% LC at sight but all the bank charges are to born  the importers. Accept L.C for order over us$ 20,000. In LC terms business the prices goes up by 2%

25. What does mean ISO 9001:2008 & ISO  22000-2005 ? Top
Answer: ISO 9001:2008 QMS  (Quality Management System) which we maintain on  daily routine work; ISO  22000-2005 : FSMS (Food Safety Management System) which we maintain on  daily basis in our factory operation.
